Why train with me?

When you start working with me, you get an "accountabili-buddy" who will gently, but consistently, make sure you're doing everything you set out to do in order to reach your goals; you get a cheerleader who wants to see you succeed; you get a teacher who wants to share her knowledge with you so you can develop the skills to move efficiently and effectively on your own in the future; and you get a body-inclusive coach who is going to support you in a judgment-free space.

Although I specifically focus on resistance training with my clients, if that’s not a form of movement you enjoy, but you would still like access to an inclusive support system to help you reach your goals, then please reach out to me and we can discuss options for a consultation-based model.

1:1 Personal Training: Easing Into It Program

One one-hour private workout session per week at my home gym. This is a great option for those just starting out who need time to build up some solid habits before diving into a more extensive commitment. 


Price: $100.00 per week (6-month minimum)

1:1 Personal Training: I'm Pumped Program

Two one-hour private workout sessions per week at my home gym. I recommend this option for beginners who are already moving regularly and are ready to build a solid foundation.


Price: $195.00 per week (6-month minimum)

1:1 Personal Training: Let's Do This Thing Program

Three one-hour private workout sessions per week at my home gym. This is the option I suggest for people who have some experience working out and sticking to a regular routine. Meeting three times per week will really allow us to dial in your programming and get you strong!


Price: $290.00 per week (6-month minimum)

1:1 Personal Training: No Looking Back Program

Four one-hour private sessions per week at my home gym. This is for the more advanced folks who have experience lifting and are ready to commit to a more intense workout schedule. 


Price: $375.00 per week (6-month minimum)

Small Group Personal Training (2-4 people)

If you want the experience of having a personal trainer, but would like to share the cost with your partner or a friend, then this option is for you!

Price varies based on number of group members:

- 2 people: $50.00 per person per session

- 3 people: $40.00 per person per session

- 4 people: $35.00 per person per session

More flexibility please!

This page outlines my standard program options. However, if you don't see something that works for you, just let me know. My goal is to get people moving; if that means we need to come up with something more individualized to your needs, I'm here for it!

 

In addition to in-person training, I also offer online and hybrid options to accommodate those with busier schedules, those with tighter budgets, those who may not reside in Fallbrook, etc.
