Hey there, I'm Lindsey, and I'm excited to have you here!

As the owner and founder of M4M, it's my mission to create a safe space for women to move their bodies and learn to enjoy movement. Beyond that, I hope to foster a community of women who support one another and lift each other up.

Today, there are countless options for personal training. So, why M4M?

Maybe you’re over constantly dieting, you’re exhausted by the idea of trying to get back on the proverbial wagon, and you just want to try something different. 


Maybe you enjoy strength training and working out, but you’d like some more guidance on proper form and how to program effectively for yourself. 


Maybe you’re someone who just wants to get stronger, feel more capable, and build self-confidence without feeling the pressure of also losing weight. Crazy, I know!


Or maybe you are seeking a body inclusive trainer who isn’t going to ask you to weigh yourself each week or make you feel bad for eating a cookie (or ten).

Here’s a little about me and my approach: I do not place an emphasis on weight loss or diets. Instead, I help my clients build health-promoting behaviors and habits. While I am here to support my clients’ goals, even if that includes weight loss, I work with my clients to focus on more than just aesthetic goals so we can start building self-confidence from within. By removing the focus on aesthetics, my clients can learn to enjoy movement for all of the other amazing benefits it has to offer, which include feeling strong, capable, and powerful.
