I work with clients 1:1 in a personal training setting and in a small group setting (4-6 people max).
Through our discovery call and initial consultation, we will discuss which setting is best for you at this time.
Most clients benefit from 1:1 personal training, initially, and then transition to a group setting when ready.
The Discovery Call and Consultation
During the discovery call, I'll gather preliminary information from you and use that to determine whether I would be a good fit for you.
If I believe I can help you, then we will schedule an in-person consultation during which I will gather more detailed information and conduct a movement assessment.


Beyond the Consultation
Following the consultation, I will provide my recommendations for your training program, including the training setting (1:1 or small group) and the number of sessions per week.
Together, we will develop a structured plan for your success with an end goal of freedom to live your life fully.
