Personal Training
My 1:1 or Partner (2 people) Personal Training option is for those who want the most coaching attention and instruction and an entirely individualized program. This is a great option for those who are new to strength training or are returning after some time off and/or those who have specific health/medical needs that require some extra TLC. Team Training Program (TTP)
The TTP is my all-genders group training program. We train three times per week and we work on building strength, power, muscle, and athleticism in a group setting, which helps provide accountability and support. We truly are a team here at M4M!
