One one-hour private workout session per week at my home gym. This is a great option for those just starting out who need time to build up some solid habits before diving into a more extensive commitment.
Price (1:1): $340.00/month (6-month minimum)

I'm Pumped Program
Two one-hour private workout sessions per week at my home gym. I recommend this option for beginners who are already moving regularly and are ready to build a solid foundation.
Price (1:1): $650.00/month (6-month minimum)
Price (2:1): $770.00/month (6-month minimum)

Let's Do This Thing Program
Three one-hour private workout sessions per week at my home gym. This is the option I suggest for people who have some experience working out and sticking to a regular routine. Meeting three times per week will really allow us to dial in your programming and get you strong!
Price (1:1): $970.00/month (6-month minimum)
Price (2:1): $1,150.00/month (6-month minimum)

No Looking Back Program
Four one-hour private sessions per week at my home gym. This is for the more advanced folks who have experience lifting and are ready to commit to a more intense workout schedule.
